Drawing window is misbehaving, title block has no borders, lines appear as dashed lines everywhere

When converting a design to a drawing, I am facing issues with the GUI. The title block at the bottom right has no boundaries but when I select it or hover my cursor over it, boundaries appear, the different views that I put on the sheet of paper are also not showing up properly, things seem broken. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at this thread and maybe an update of the graphic drivers will help.

@g-andresen is correct, this issue is related to graphics. A recent Windows update rolled back some drivers for AMD cards. I've put together guide to help find the right driver for your machine.
