Drawing space issues
Try switching your selected graphics driver under preferences and see if that makes a difference. This helped resolve an issue I was previously experiencing in the Drawing space as well, not sure if it'll help you but it's worth a try:
If you look at the bottom half of this page it shows how to add a windows environment variable to set the driver for just the drawings environment so you don't need to downgrade the design workspace.
