Drawing Space Breaks Mouse

Since the update, if I enter a drawing workspace my mouse stops functioning as it should.  I can still move the pointer around, but the pointer is a cross-hair type pointer as if I were lasso selecting objects.  I also cannot click on anything within fusion and have to force restart the program to get it to work again.  If I open another drawing workspace, the issue happens again.

Any ideas?

Fully uninstalling and re-installing seemed to fix it

I and my coworker are both having this issue.  I've reinstalled with no effect.  Then I did a clean install with no effect.

Reinstalling doesn't fix it.. I tried it.. it came back after a while.. 

If you Toggle selection Filters > Select Through it seems to work for a mouse operation but reverts back.. is this the same thing happening to you?
