There is a bug in the Radius Dimension where it is not possible to have the Radius arrow point to the related arc. In ISO Drawing mode the top view is affected, in ASME mode the bottom view is affected.

Right image is ISO, left image is ASME. Note the arrows point away from the arc in both, but in different views. No amount of moving or editing the arrow fixed the issue.

I have attached the project export to this post that exhibits this behavior.

I'm running the following:

Fusion 2.0.21528 arm64 [Native]
Active Plan: Subscription
macOS 15.2 (24C101) on MacBookPro18,2

I do not see your issue.  In the video I do both an ASME and ISO drawing and you can see the Radius dimension works just fine.  The ISO standard does add a line from the radius arrow tip to the the center of the arc but that is normal for the standard.  I am working on a Windows based computer but I do not think that makes any difference.  I hope you can find a solution.
