Drawing - part balloons positions reset all the time

Hello Guys,

I have an issue with a drawing made in Fusion 360 -  the part baloons reset their positions every time I show the one specific sheet of the file . Even if I arrange them and save the file, go to another sheet and come back than all the baloons are reset (messed up) - very annoying behaviour. Obviously I tried to restart the application and whole PC. I try to open the file in the web viewer but after 15 minutes of waiting the file still can't be presented.

I have similar problems form time to time (it's not the first situation) but this time the file is quite big and redrawing it will take a lot of time, what pushed me to report the issue finally.

Did anybody have a similar problem to mine? Do you know how to solve it?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Sebastian

Hey Guys!

Really nobody met that kind of problem? No feedback at all?

I asked for help on the Autodesk Customer Support as well because I have a paid subscription - nobody replied even with any confirmation of receipt of my message.

Really disappointing customer service...

Hi Sebastian,

Can you please share the file with us, for looking at the issue? We tried reproducing the issue at our end but no luck.

Thanks,

Tarkeshwar

Hi,

Yes, the data set would really help us. If you are not able or not comfortable posting it to the Forum, you can send it directly to myself or Tarkeshwar by email. We will treat it as confidential and only use it for debugging.

I would also like to confirm what version of Fusion you have installed; you can check in the About box. Let us know.

I'm having the same issues on a drawing set I'm currently working on so I'm interested if there is a fix discovered for this.

As a licensed user, I really would like an update on this fix if there is anything to report.  I just started a new set of production drawings hoping the problem would be resolved and it isn't.  I am producing mechanical assembly drawings for our production teams but this is impossible with the balloons resetting every time I leave a page to work on the next one in a drawing set.

The fix will be very soon available for you. Once it's part of the Fusion update, we will update you.

Thanks,

Hello,

I'm having the same issues with balloons on my drawing set resetting after I've taken the time to arrange them. My current version is 2.0.10564. Does anyone know of a current solution.

Hi Justin.Thomas_CarolinaCAD,

If it is possible to get a data set from you that would be really helpful. Can you post a sample F3Z?
