drawing Note dialog closes after first Note placement

Almost every time - at least 9 out of 10 - I make Notes on a drawing the dialog closes itself after I place the first Note. If I use the tool a second time it works fine, i.e. the dialog stays open after placing the Note. This situation 'resets' with every opening of a drawing file, meaning the bug reappears when a new drawing is created or an existing drawing is reopened. This is especially annoying when documenting sheet metal parts, as each bend has to be labelled by a Note and the tool keeps disappearing.
