Drawing dimension unable to be referenced

Good morning,

I've been having an issue, where a dimension cannot be referenced even though it's visible on the timeline. The dimension I'm trying to reference is the d448 (the 570mm on the left), and I'm trying to have it referenced in the drawing over on the right as part of an assembly, but for some reason it just highlights red. Other dimensions are able to be referenced, just not the one I need.

The 570mm dimension is a driven dimension in brackets, you can not reference driven dimensions from a different sketch.

Ah okay, great. I thought fixed dimensions could be referenced across components. 🙂
