Draft normal to curve

I was recently watching a solid works Model mania tutorial

And i found that he could model a draft angle tangent to the surface. (It is talked about at 7:18). I checked the draft feature in fusion 360 and there wasn't such option or alternative option to achieve the draft. Am I missing something?

Parting Line Draft is in progress right now (actually wrapping up development).  It should be available later this summer.

The Parting Line Draft function is available in Fusion 360.  Check before making statements like yours.
