Download Stopped

Hello,

New to Fusion 360 and trying to download the Personal Use version on a Mac running 10.13.6 High Sierra. Every time I attempt the download the file indicates download stopped. I've tried numerous times, and shut down a rebooted but still no luck. I also tried the Trial Version with the same result. Autodesk. com is configured in Safari Websites to allow to download.

Any ideas on what's preventing the download.

Thanks for any help,

Best,

Mike

Please attach the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log.  If you need help finding them, refer to the web article.

I can't get the basic application to download, so no way to get Fusion started to have any kind of log.

Did you look at the web article?  It tells you how to secure the logs even if the application did not finish or install.  If it does not create ANY log file, then you either do not have a proper internet connection or you are not running the correct Fusion 360 installation file.  The web installation process writes the log file I requested immediately when it starts so it either is there or you have not run the installation routine for some other reason.

Yes read the article. Internet connection is fine, and everything else is fine, not having issue with anything except trying to downloading Fusion 360. It just starts and quickly stops before anything is downloaded. There’s no Autodesk reference in the Users directory, or anywhere on the Mac HD.

If you do not have any files, indicated from the web article, then I would guess you do not have enough permissions, on your computer, to install the application.  If it cannot write, the log file to your hard drive, then this seems to indicate your lack of rights.

Just to be sure, are your going to this webpage for the downloader?  If so, you should be selecting the Download Fusion 360 Now.

Interesting, just tried to download again and this time it downloaded (previously tried ~8 times). I haven't changed or done anything on this end, so something must have changed on the server side or something?

Anyway, now I can try and get Fusion installed.
