Hi @fprico

Thank you for your posting!

Fusion 360 installed on the local machine so far. However, you can use "Browser" in a web. Here is a Browser information

You can use the browser (Preview) without having to download the full desktop version of Fusion 360.

Also, you can use Fusion 360 in the offline mode within 2 weeks. However, you should connect to the internet at least once in 2 weeks.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Many thanks,

Yes and No, Autodesk Fusion 360 basically is cloud based only for file management but you have to logged into your Autodesk account to use the application.  That being said you can, if you desire, save all your work to your local drive as well as open it from your local drive and skip the cloud database entirely.  In my screencast I will do a simple block using this method to demonstrate.

Hi @fprico

Here is how to work in offline mode. Then, the file will save on your local machine. you can find your file in here.

However, Please make sure to keep your files whether saved or not and it will be great to make the backup file as well.

Fusion 360 will give a warning message which requests to connect to the internet.

Many thanks,
