Documents stuck uploading

I have two documents that are stuck uploading.  In both cases, I originally created the document on my laptop, saved, the document and closed 360, then closed the laptop, and later tried to reopen the documents on my desktop.  I ended up having to recreate them as they show "Document still uploading" on both machines.  I have tried everything I've found online to clear the download cache on both machines, but they come back as soon as Fusion is restarted.  Any ideas how to fix it?
