Hi, I wanted to change my display name from (initial letters of) "AS" to "AA"

I don't want to use "AS" and I did change into "AA" but the problem is that it still states my name as "AS". Although I already changed the name from "My Account > Edit Profile > Save Profile". In the "My Account" setting, it is clearly states that I changed my name but on the Fusion 360 project browser and Initial Letter of your name, it is still "AS", not "AA"

I have my reasons of changing from "AS" to "AA"

I am sorry to hear about the issue. Just to check, do you see the issue only in the data panel? Or do you also see the old name in the top right corner as well? Would you mind attaching a screenshot?

Hi, in the F360, the name changed correctly. What I meant was the online storage, here is

I don't know what is this "data panel is" and unsure if you're able to view the screenshot of the previous post. It is the online storage display. If that's what you mean by "data panel", then yes

Thanks! I'm not seeing your screenshot but I believe you are talking about the data panel.

I've reached out to the A360 team and am waiting for their response now. I will let you know once I have more information to share.

hi @masa.minohara, thank you in helping me with the display name issues. I was busy with something and couldn't reply you in a timely manner. Before I opened this thread/issues. my display name in the fusion 360 are fine, it follows along from the profile that I saved there. What I meant was the autodesk hub at https://myhub.autodesk360.com where you want to share the link to the project to other people, which accessible through browser, the display name didn't get changed as it was in the Profile section.

Now the issue has been solved and I would like to give my thanks to forward this issues to the dev team =D

I forgot to mention that in F360, there are live review feature, I tried that before I opened this thread/issue as well. My display name was the Old "AS" instead of the updated "AA" which is me myself as a "presenter". I just checked the live review session pop up, it is now showing "AA" instead of "AS". Once again, thank you =D
