Display Bug

When I'm in any of the design tabs (drawing, manufacture, render etc), there's a black/grey (changes colour unpredictably) bar that covers roughly 1/4 of the screen. I think it might be an issue that's come from connecting another monitor that uses a different aspect ratio, but I can't seem to get it back to fit the aspect ratio of my laptop screen. I've tried restarting everything and nothing's worked.

I've just tried to reinstall it and it's still having this bug

@nicholas_allsop can you please attach a screenshot or recording of the behavior in action, along with some device information like OS, displays/resolutions/DPI scales, and GPU(s)?
