Disappearing menu items

Hi All,

I faced a strange problem: when I click (and open) any menu, first I see all the items inside, but then when I try to select some menu item most of them disappear. I know this explanation is not the best one, so please check the video attached (I had to use my smartphone to record this video, because when I tried to record my screen using the built-in windows tool I just couldn't see any menus on that video at all).

I use latest Windows 10 and latest Fusion360. If you need any additional information, please let me know.

This is surely a graphics issue.  I would close Fusion 360, make sure your graphic card drivers are up-to-date or reinstall anyway, restart your system and try again.  Inside Fusion 360, you can also try to reset your menus by right click on the menu bar and select Reset.

Hi @jhackney1972,

Thanks for your answer and for your suggestions!

Unfortunately I have tried all of these already, and they didn't help. Just in case I attached the screenshot with information about my video card and driver.

I would also note that I have many other programs on my PC (for example, Autodesk Eagle and SolidWorks) and all of them work without problems.

Inside Fusion 360, you can also try to reset your menus by right click on the menu bar and select Reset.

When I do it, I see the menu with two items: "Reset Panel Customization" and "Reset All Toolbar Customization". When I click on any of them, nothing happens.

Hi,

1. Use in future the Screencast Tool from AD

2. check drivers > Fusion prefers DIRECT X

3. If nothing helps > CLEAN UNINSTALL

Guys, thanks for your help so much!

I finally found the reason of my problem: previously (probably, long ago) I was experimenting with high DPI scaling settings for the Fusion360 (because I have 4k display) and it looks like I used some poor configuration. So, I just changed this value now:

And now it works!
