direct x compatibility

hello all 

i am attempting to change fusion from running on direct x 9 to 11 as 9 will no longer be supported, i can change the version in preferences, but then i am unable to see any model when loaded. my laptop is windows 11 and shows to be running direct x 12. any help would be much apricated

Would you please share with us the Fusion Graphics diagnostics info by following the step? 

• Go to Help, Support and Diagnostics, Graphics Diagnostics, Copy to Clipboard.
• Then paste the information here. 

With the graphics diagnostics info, we can help review if it's a hardware specific issue or not. And as a temporary workaround, we recommend you can continue running with DirectX9.
