Dimension based on driven dimension divided by user parameter not updating in sketch?

Problem / Bug: 
Driven dimensions divided by User Parameter is not updating in sketch?
Changing the user parameter "Count" should move the circle up/down along the side (change dimension d7).

The value in dimension "d7" change but the sketch is not updated until i drag the circle.

Finish sketch is not updating the sketch.
"Compute-All" will update the sketch.

It will compute if you exit the sketch and use Compute All.

We have analyzed above issue and it is reproducible for us with part provided and with new part as well.
We have logged a ticket FUS-156941 for it , we will update you once we have a fix for it.
