Dialogue boxes do not scale to contain their content

A background issue with F360 which has persisted for a great deal of time is that dialogue boxes do not automatically re-scale their size so that all of their content can be viewed.  Since the boundaries of the dialogue boxes cannot be manipulated this is a very real annoyance.  I have attached a simple example.

I have not discovered any setting to overcome this issue.  Am I missing something?
