Designs being cut off when opening a saved design and sometimes when designing

I am new to Fusion 360, and for some reason, the program is cutting off the top of my designs. I've seen this when trying to extrude a sketch and now see it on a couple of designs that were ok when I saved them, but when I opened the file, the first two components in my design were cut off as well. Can anyone let me know what I'm doing wrong? Below is an example of the part, what is happening, and what the part should look like.

turn off analysis - you have a Section Analysis which is active

click on the eyeball in the section analysis

That was it. I remember playing around with that a few days ago but didn't realize it could stay on. Thank you
