The "template" principle is missing for Fusion designs. Please consider adding customizable, single, or project-based templates which would be used when you create a New design in Fusion - similar to Drawings, Inventor parts, AutoCAD DWGs, etc. - to preset workplanes, sketches, metadata attributes, materials...
