You normally can delete by just selecting and hitting delete. But this is likely something with the geometry and healing the faces.
It will be hard to see why without looking at it can you share it with me in PM?

I backed it up to the point in the timeline that allows you to edit the T-Spline but not sure if was saved at the right point. The T-Spline is in the first third.
Please note that there was an upgrade in between and my T-Spline was updated. I am also having a lot of crashes.
Thanks for the help!
I can get it if roll back to the form and edit it there. Really its the errors that seem to be doing it for me.

The reason this does not work is because during the course of your design you created 5 errors and 8 or so warnings in the timeline. Each time that happens a little window pops up informing you about this. Then an icon in the timeline turns yellow, or red.
You need to go back an fix these.
It is likely best if you move the timeline marker to right after the purple T-Spline feature, delete everything you did and start from scratch.
If you move the timeline marker back to that position and edit the T-Spline you can actually delete these T-SPline faces, even with all the errors present in the design.
I am not sure why, but I could have sworn I responded. I tried both your suggestions and of course it worked. Thank you very much.
I have been working on small personal projects and have learned a great deal, especially how to leverage the time line. What i the best way to fix errors embedded in a time line? I deleted some of the red ones but I keep getting a lot of ominous warnings. I ignore them because by definition, the red ones failed and were not affecting the re-compute. Is this ok?
I imagine best practice would be to undo something that failed when it happens, correct?
Thanks for all the help!
I managed to delete the faces and get the exact shape locked in, then did a thicken. Everything all good.
Unfortunately, I keep getting a errors such as:
Error: The body could not be repaired after deleting faces. Try changing the selection, or use the Delete tool in the Patch workspace to delete geometry without repairing the gap.
I looked for gaps but don't understand how there could be any when I deleted the faces of the spline and THEN thickened with hard edges.
In frustration I tried to export the body and turn off the time lin in the hopes of getting an error free body, but no luck. Is there a way to erase a bodys history and caches so I can work with it like a normal solid surface, free of history?
