Delete large file before Uploading

Can not delete a large file until it has uploaded.

Scenario :

Set Fusion Offline.

Working with a large mesh mesh file and import the mesh so that I can model a part in relative size and postion to the mesh.

Model the small part that I need, Save, and export as an stl.

Once satisfied with the part, no longer need the large mesh in the file. Need to go back to delete the mesh.
Can not delete the Fusion file because Fusion is Working Offline.
Must turn Fusion Online.
Then can not delete the file until Fusion has uploaded the file.

So with a slow internet connection ( in Africa ) we must wait 30 minutes for the upload to complete, just so that I can delete the file ?

You have to manualy stop uploading. The solution was described in article of Autodesk Knowledge Network:
