Delete Face deletes extra faces in addition to what I selected

Video below shows the problem. Checking Bodies shows that the "deleted" faces are still there, but they are not selectable or manipulable. However, Undo + Redo makes the command behave as intended.

File > export > save as f3d on local drive > attach to post

Here's the file, but you won't get the bug by just looking at it. You'll have to roll back on the tree and delete the face.
