Delete Everything in Sketch but what's included in Selection Set

Hello,

I've imported an SVG into a sketch and I want to keep only a few specific features within this which I have made as a selection set. Is there a way to delete everything else in one go? I've considered selecting everything and manually removing what I'd like to keep, but this would take a great deal of time as I have ~30 sketches and many unwanted features.
