Defect report - Rectangular pattern, over-constrained sketch

I created a sketch with a couple of rectangular patterns and a rectangle. I then started to constrain the rectangle by adding two sketch dimensions.

Actual behavior: When I added the second dimension, Fusion 360 (a) created a driven dimension and (b) did not constrain the rectangle.

Expected behavior: The second sketch dimension should constrain the rectangle, and it should not be a driven dimension.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use Fusion 360 2.0.6231 on macOS 10.13.6 (Screenshot #1)
2. Start a new Design
3. Create a sketch on the XZ plane
4. Sketch a circle at the origin (Screenshot #2) and define the diameter.
5. Create a rectangular pattern (Screenshot #3)
6. Create a second rectangular pattern, from the left-most column of circles. (Screenshot #4)
7. Create a rectangle (Screenshot #5)
8. Attach a dimension to constrain the right side of the rectangle (Screenshot #6)
9. Drag the left side of the rectangle to verify that it is not constrained.
10. Begin to attach a dimension to constrain the left side of the rectangle (Screenshot #7)
11. Fusion 360 warns that the sketch will be over-constrained. (Screenshot #8)
12. Fusion 360 creates a driven dimension (Screenshot #9), but the left side of the rectangle is blue, indicating that it’s not constrained.
13. Drag the left side of the rectangle. It is not constrained (Screenshot #10)
