Day 27 waiting for a response regarding my application for the startup license

Hi Team Fusion 360 🙂

 

On the 15th of July 2021, I sent my application for the startup license. Now, 27 days later and 2 chats with support, I still haven't got an approval or rejection. In my most recent chat with support, I was advised to post my case here, which is what I'm doing now 🙂 I have also previously seen a few people do the same, so I really hope it's okay 🙂

 

So can anyone please help me figure out what's going on? I really think just anything will be way more helpful than you might imagine.

Hi @Frederik.Andersen1 ,

 

Sorry to hear about the experience you have been having. I just wanted to let you know that we were able to process your start-up application and I am happy to say it is has been approved! Fusion 360 should automatically apply the license at next launch.

Thank you so much for your help! Fusion no longer says "trails ends in xx days", so seems like things are perfectly fine now 😄

 

I also just want to add, that Jonathan Odom reached out to me very quickly after my post, however I never got to actually respond to him. 

 

I'm happy things worked out in the end though and I'm truly grateful for both of yours effort 😄
