Data panel Version display bug.

There seems to be a problem displaying versions of a design in the data panel. It's quite inconsistent, some show all versions some have an option to show all versions and some show only some or just the latest. In the screencast there's no pattern, some old files display versions correctly some created by someone else I've shared the project with are OK. So old, new or shared makes no difference some designs just don't display the all versions. All versions display correctly in the Dashboard online.

Another employee reported this one to me a few weeks back. We found that manual resetting the data panel helped resolve the issue. See the below link for instruction.

If that does help, could you send me a copy of your diagnostic log files and the renamed .bak file? I have a box site that you can upload the large files to, below.

I hope that helps. If there's any questions, please let me know.

Thanks,

I'm a bit dyslexic so I might be missing something, item 4 looks like the rename is the same. Is it supposed to have a bak extension or is there another difference I'm missing.

I just took a look a the same folder on another computer and it has problems as well but not identical, different files on each computer show the problem.

Thanks Mark
