data panel problem

eversince I instald fusion on my nieuw computer the data panel did not work. I have treid a manual reset and after that it workt for a second for it to den freeze up and not to respond to any input. after a vul restard the first problem happens again. can anyone help me.

I'm sorry to hear that the data panel is not appearing properly for you! Luckily, this seems to happen from time to time for some users, and as such we have a great article linked here, that provides some different possible solutions to get this issue fixed up. Would you be able to work through the suggestions provided there to see if that allows the Data Panel to appear properly?

hi mike

 

al of the things in that article did sadly not work. but there was one thing that i could not do. when doing the manual reset of the data panel there was no NsCloudBrowserCache_autodesk****.dat file. is it possible that thats the problem.

i have just tried to open the data panel. after waiting for a couple minuts it did open. it has problebly samething to do with my computers gpu. thank you your help and fast respond
