I've recently started using fusion 360, the data panel is completely broken and I can't seem to fix it. I've searched all trough the internet but couldn't find anything that works. Also, when I try to upload outside files to my design, they don't open.

Are you still on 30-day trial?  Can you Attach a file here that will not open?

That's just the same thing. I am not on 30 day trial, i'm on fusion for personal use.

Attached is one example of a file that won't open.

OK, now click on that icon.

Now hover you mouse over the icon and take screen shot of what it shows now. (You can use the Windows command Shift Win S to capture and then Ctrl v to Paste into next Reply.)

This appears to be a graphics issue.  What graphics card and driver are you using?

I would try each of these Preferences...

I am not sure what to try next.

It is holiday season so it might be next week before someone with solution comes along.

As far as the fbx issue, not sure if that file type is supported by personal license.

Files with FBX extensions cannot be opened with a Fusion Personal License.  Attached you will find the file opened with a Fusion Subscription License and saved as a F3D format.
