Data panel not connecting and unable to save files

I recently installed Fusion for the first time and have been unable to use it.

I have tried doing fresh installs, restarting my computer and have followed several other solutions on here.

Data panel is stuck here even after leaving it for several hours.

My GPU drivers are up to date as well.

I have attached my log files as well.

Thanks!

@aromeroELGPF thanks for the log files. While we check it out can you please do the below?

1. Logout
2. Close Fusion
3. Start and log back in

Now try the things called out in this article - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Data-Panel-is-show...

Does any of this help?

Logged out and restarted.

I don't have integrated graphics on my cpu so it can only be my GPU.
I have it set to DX11.
My graphics drivers are up to date.

I'm not sure if theres any other programs I could uninstall either.

Still having the same issue.

@aromeroELGPF this is something with the local system that Fusion is not able to work with. If you hit the trust anyways, is the data panel loading?

@aromeroELGPF Can you please try the following.

1. Logout and close Fusion
2. Go to https://login.autodesk360.com/login
3. Login
4. This should ask you to create your team hub
5. Once that process is complete, can you now login to Fusion?
