Data Panel blank after update

I just launched my Fusion 360 (personal-non-commercial use) and was told I'm using the most current version.  My fusion usually opens showing me a folder tree in the data panel, which I use to navigate to my models.  It was blank.  I signed out and signed in but the data panel is still blank.  Needless to say my heart rate went up about 30 bpm because I have about 2 years worth of work there....relying on Autodesk to maintain.  When I used the file-->open, my folders and projects were still there (whew!).    I looked around for a view to show me what I'm used to in the data panel....alas, no joy.

Not sure if this is a bug in the new release or not.  Any help on this is appreciated.  Thx....jimf

Have you signed into you database on the A360 website to see if you files are in tack.  If so, then I am guessing you are logged into one or the other using a different Autodesk ID, they must be exactly the same.

hi, thanks for the quick response.  I  only have a single user name / password...same as always. What I did do yesterday is sign into fusion 360 from another machine...my folders were in the data panel.  After doing my work I signed out.

To be clear, I can open my cloud based folders/files (saved by autodesk) ....I see the expected folders in the file finder dialogue....they are just no longer there in the data panel

So at least you have your files and folders.  I have a couple of other things to check which I spell out in the Screencast.  Also go back into your Fusion 360 web database and navigate to any file you desire until you are viewing it.  Then click on the Open in Desktop and see what you get.  Of course have Fusion 360 running a the time.

John, thanks for your help.  I ended up rebooting before I saw your response....and the data panel was back to how it usually is.  I only belong to one team.....but that may have been it.  I thought signing out and in of fusion 360 would cure any ills in the code.....but I should have rebooted first before submitting to the forum.  Thanks again....jimf
