Cylinder Joints to arm

Hi

I'm currently trying to add joints to an assembly in order model the movements of the cylinder attached to an arm and stationary plate.

I cannot figure out the correct joints to apply for them to work together.

Does anyone have a solution for me?

All things equal, you need your revolve on to the yellow arm,

the actuator has slider for the ram, and 2 revolves for connecting, one is done and the other fails??, means you are not aligned.

Last joint as cylindrical, (works?) then your alignments are making the last revolve fail.

Might help...

You had a Ball Joint, both on the rod end assembly and in the top level.  I took off the one in the top level and replaced it with a Cylindrical joint.  The reason I used a cylindrical joint instead of a Revolve was that your spherical rod end had a funky bore with no true bore center, it had a spherical interior.  Anyway, added joint limits to the cylinder slider joint and all done.  Model is attached.
