NEWBY QUESTION,

having issues not being able to import collections traceback module , there have been no updates to the computer and F360 worked great last time used (late October) any thoughts.... all help greatly appreciated.

Hi Guenther, 

have uninstalled and cold rebooted, re installed with the same result. had a look for errant files but alas none found.

will try again tonight.

Hi,

1. did you additional use the manual CLEAN UNINSTALL (same link)?

2. create a new User (WIN/MAC)*  > install Fusion > start with your "old" account

Hi Gunther, took the extra time completed the auto uninstall via the link, then followed the manual uninstall process, alot of the files had been deleted, but there was a few stragglers.

cold booted the machine and installed Fusion 360 successfully.
