Custom Title Block Lost Data/Can't Edit

Hello,

For some reason, all drawings I have made with my custom title block are not displaying all information in the title block and I am unable to edit them.  They were working fine last week and now all of a sudden they aren't.  When I right click on the title block and go to edit it the title block doesn't show up.  Any information on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.  Images are what the title block should be and what's showing up now as well as what shows up when I go to edit it.

Hi,

1. was the title block in a custom template?

2. did you edit a title block in drawing mode?
If 2: the titleblock is not saved
