Dear Fusion 360 developers,

It would be so awesome if I didn't have to play "Where's Waldo" with my custom thread definitions every time you decided to automatically update my local copy of Fusion 360. Am I missing something or is something so basic as don't screw up my custom configuration when you fix your numerous bugs missing?

P.S. I REALLY, REALLY want to love Fusion 360. I really do. It's the little things that make it difficult.

theres a huge thread pertaining to the new tool library, a good portion of people. myself included have seemed to all agree that this type of stuff needs to stop. its pretty obvious the person changing the software must not actually use it. go join in on that thread, the more people who dont want to see it changed or who can all collectively decide with fusion as to the best route to take the better.

also you can change back to the old library style (for now anyways) under settings or preferences.

@Ketherton21  This thread was about custom thread definitions that create threads in the design workspace not the manufacture, tool library. This has been complained about for about 5 years so similar problem, development aren't using the program and seeing the problem. For custom threads it could be stored in the assets folder or a personal folder similar to CAM data. They already do something similar for custom script where default and custom scripts have separate folders.
