Curved Lines causing all lines to be dashed

I Keep it simple as this is only just started 

1. Export sketch as DXF or save as DXF

2.  It has a curve line so  I have to open it in adobe illustrator (as 2d design can not read 360 Curve liens)

 and all lines are dashed and nothing I do fixes it 

4.  Go back and remove curved lines back on 360, no issue solid lines 

5. Turn into a SVG no dashes, but it re-scales it, so useless 

any ideas, it only just starting doing it

There is an article giving a workaround for this. 

• Spline curves in Fusion are in degrees 5. Many other programs can only support splines of degree 3.

Have you tried the add-in DXF Spline to Polyline?
