currently using free Personal licence, Purchased 1 year subscription and unable to activate it

Hi As the title suggests, I have been using the free personal license and have also purchased a subscription.

I am unable to activate my subscription quite probably because I am still using the Personal free License.

I have contacted your Helpdesk and they suggest I come here so that someone on the forum can activate my subscription.

I have followed all relevant forum posts and the guides sent to me via email with no avail as the option to swap from on account to the other doesn't exits, at least not with what I can see any how.

If someone could please help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
