Creating the commercial version of same Fusion project from Education license from scratch?

I am thinking about to purchase the commercial license for start-up/small business of the software after finishing the project from educational license. But I also concerned about the licensing, audits and legal use practices from Autodesk, so I'm not sure is it OK if I can create the commercial version of the same Fusion project from Education license from scratch (same/similar design appearance but different parametric history configuration and arrangement from Educational file)?

Any thoughts?

If you prefer, you could convert your existing EDU account to a commercial subscription (this happens often) - it's more that we are looking to ensure that businesses are not pooling free licenses to generate recurring revenue. Failing that, Fusion is built for collaboration, so your EDU and Commercial accounts could technically collaborate on the same file/hub, but just to be safe I highly recommend that you contact product support to transfer the data between hubs so that they are properly owned by the Commercial account.
