Creating new Bodies from faces issue

Haveing an issue where creating a new bodies from a face is cutting part of the face from the new body not sure whats causing it but I did the process exactly the same as I did the layer below with the green post and it didnt have this effect also when doing a circle pattern on the top row the cut dissappears as I wanted from the start but it says on the starting post. New to fusion hope this makes sense
