creating edu account

My students are trying to create edu accounts but when they try to enter school name we get 

apologies were experiencing a problem and working ard to resolve it please try again later

been getting this for 2 weeks. is it an autodesk issue or something with school network?

I know that the education site does have its issues but I've not been hearing of one over on Installation and Licensing yet. Two weeks is quite a while...

Is this for all students?

reached out, they gave us a few things to try but no luck yet. Have about 5 kids that this is effecting. Most of them had hobby accounts and need to change to edu accounts.
