Create Rectangular Pattern is not in Timeline

In Sketch, I drew a rectangle, used rectangular pattern to replicate it, clicked OK to make sure it was all done. As a test, I made an extrusion from one of the rectangles.

The extrusion is on the timeline and can be edited so I know the timeline is being recorded.

I've seen a suggestion to remove and restore constraints in the sketch palette,  but that didn't help. Control Z will remove the pattern, but I'd rather keep the dialog box and change the settings there.

Hi,

As I explained to you in this thread, patterns in sketches are not displayed in the timeline.

What do you want to achieve?

That helped! From the other thread, I thought that the icon was in the timeline.

Thank you.

Hi,

If you create a pattern in sketch mode, you must always select all profiles for extrusion and when making changes.
As feature, you only create a profile for one element and extrude and pattern it.
The update then always takes place automatically when the number is changed.
