Create new script or add-in button text isn't visible

Steps to recreate:

1. put fusion 360 into dark mode
2. make sure fusion 360 is updated and hubs are enabled
3. create a new script or add in
4. look at the create/cancel buttons and notice that they are all white and the text on the buttons cannot be read.

Additionally, I don't see a way to debug scripts either, just the run button.
