Create Form > Convert option is missing

The following process has worked flawlessly for years, and suddenly stopped working after the July 7, 2021 update:

Create an Export model, optimizing for Fusion360 - OBJ (Quads).  Upload that .OBJ to Fusion 360.  Right click the master in the browser and select "Capture Design History."  In the tool bar, inside Create, a button titled Create Form appears.  Click on that to open the Form screen.  Right click on the model, choose Convert from the drop down options, and choose t-splines from the menu that appears, then Okay.

Today when I hoover over or right click on the .OBJ quad model, it turns solid black--never happened before.  The Convert option has disappeared, and the model cannot be converted using any method.  I've tested several other ..OBJ files that are known to have converted to t-splines without a problem, and none of them will convert either.  Is this a bug?

I go directly to the Form toolbar and choose Utilities, Convert.  It seems to work just fine.

cent update added a lot of cool functionality to the mesh workspace (not directly T-Spline related).

The workflow I also used for conversion was likely a casualty along the way. However, the method @jhackney1972 posted will do fine (I tested it).
