Create angled support

I am attempting to create support within my part to allow it to be 3d printed without it requiring support in the slicer. I'm trying to loft the surface to a point as pictured with blue lines. There must be a way to simply attach surface to either a single point or along the entire line. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Not sure if you want permanent or removable structure, both can be done 

either Loft, 

you select the point, and the outline of the face.

Works in Patch / Surface, but needs more work to become solid.

If you close the hole, then a solid loft will work

Or you want removable supports, then Pipe command may get you close.

Removing the holes allowed me to loft it and then add the holes after the fact. Thanks for the quick reply
