Create a team and have access to same project simultaneously

I've created a team in fusion 360 where I and my friend account can access to the projects that are in the team's account. The issue here is whether my friend can edit and modify the projects. If yes, then how can it be done. Secondly, if a person from the team access to the project and starts modifying, then can I access to the same project for modifying, can it be done simultaneously.

Yes, you can do what you describe.  To do this however, both users must have a Fusion 360 Subscription, you cannot do what you describe using a Fusion 360 Personal license.  You can edit file in the same project simultaneously but not the same file at the same time.  In the Screencast I show you how to set this up.  I use it all the time for tutoring.
