Create a new Teams Hub

I am trying to create a new Teams hub, but I am not able to do this.  I created one last night, but when I try to make another one today I only get this.  I have restarted my computer but problem still persists.  When I click "Create or Join team" I get this.

@karthur1 Your account can own only one team hub per account. You can be invited into/join any other team hubs as many as you want.
