Crashes when trying to create a 2D drawing

I have been using Fusion 360 as a startup company. It was working fine until a recent update was made. Now the 3D modelling works fine but when i try to do a 2D design from the 3D Fusion 360 crashes as soon as it loads the 2D template. I read a forum which said to uninstall and reinstall it. I did so but it still crashes when a 2D template is opened. What can I do.

I have the same problem.  Just installed the other day.  Creates a 3D drawing OK.  Trying to creat a 2D drawing just shows a gray screen and Locks up Fusion 360.  Have to Exit and Re-Start Fusion 360.

2.0.10564
Active Plan: Fusion 360, Subscription
Windows 10 (19042)

Fusion 360 is useless as is.
