Crash moving geometry

Attempting to move any geometry in the sketch crashes Fusion 360.  There is no dialog or crash report generated.

On another note, all of the geometry appears to be black but the sketch doesn't appear to be fully constrained.  What is preventing it from being fully constrained?

I can reproduce as well.  Will create a bug tomorrow to get this investigated
