Hello, Fusion Team?

I don't know the exact reason, whether it's because of the huge file size, but the cloud rendering didn't work because of an error.

I often use Cloud Render in fusion 360.

but I've got a strange message this time.

Local rendering works fine.

Could you please solve this problem?

when one of Fusion team members reply, I will share him or her the project.

(This is a team project and cannot be disclosed to everyone.)

Thanks so much, regards!

@Lynn_Kim

If there are high resolution decals (>2k) replace them with smaller ones and give it a try. Refer the article for more information.

Hello, @sanjana.shankar.goli

Sorry for the delay in reporting the results.

Clearly, It's not a problem with decals. The files we worked on didn't have any decals.

I opened each saved version, tried rendering, and found the problematic version.
The Fusion 360 file I wanted to render has numerous components imported as link.
I've found that the problem occure when importing a specific component with 70 bodies.

I tried to open and render the problematic file, but cloud render worked well without any problem.

We finished this project already, but we don't want to meet same problem every time we do heavy work.

Fusion 360 cloud rendering is so faster than local render so prefer it.

Could you please let me know the cause and solve this?

If you need, I will invite our project.

Thanks so much, regards!

After 1 year I brought a solution to this problem.
Last Friday, I had the same rendering problem.

Fusion 360 file was a very simple model. But the Fusion 360 renderer causes the same problem.

I came across this by accident while trying to change the various settings to find the cause.
