Corrupted File

Hi,

I have been working on a project for a few months now, and all of a sudden i got the attached error message saying the file is corrupted. I tried to look for an update but it seems like i have the latest version. Please may someone assist.

There are 2 error messages in the photo.

I am not on a basic licence so others may be able to help.

Thank You, My issue is with the corrupt file. The other error showing is not an issue. Do you know what else I a can do to get helped. Apologies I’m new here.

Well, my view is that if you have exceeded a known limit, 

any subsequent files will not be allowed, just possible the Corrupt message is not accurately stating what the problem is.

The type of account i have allows for 10 editable documents at a time. It allows me to have more saved but in a non editable version. The message it is showing is saying i have rached the limit of editable documents. The reason i dont think this is the issue is because even files that i have started after the corupted one still work fine. 

Does fusion save backup files or is it possible to access a previous version of the corrupted file?

Yes, in the Data Panel, each Project has a counting version number, 

click on the version icon, to open the history list, 

each version of the file can be opened from the list.
