Copy Previous Version (or Milestone) doesn't work on Mac or Web

I need to access a prior version of one of my designs, but "Copy Version" doesn't work at all on my Mac or on the Web; and has been broken for several months at least (I know it used to work on my Mac a while ago, but I can't recall the last working version).

Copy Version on Mac does nothing

On my Mac using the latest Fusion version (2603.1.52).  I open the designs version history, click the 3 dots, and select "Copy Version" as shown below.

Then nothing happens: no window appears to select a copy destination.  The main Fusion window doesn't even blink & I can perform other actions just fine.  I've looked for a "hidden" window, but it's not there.  This failure also occurs if the version in question is a "Milestone".

Copying a design at the root/current level (outside version history) works fine: it brings up the "Copy to" interstitial dialog box, and grays out the Fusion screen so that I can't perform any other function until I click the "Cancel" or "Copy" button.

Copy via Web only copies latest version

To work around this, I using the Web project interface by Clicking on the "Open on the Web" button in my folder.

In this folder on the Web, I open the project in question and select the version (as seen below, I edited the version in question 17 hours ago), click the three vertical dots and select copy:

This places a new copy in the folder, and when I go to Fusion & refresh the folder, I see my new copy listed as V1.  BUT: this new copy is NOT the 17 hour old version, and is instead the current/latest version.  This behavior happens regardless of whether the version is a milestone or not.

The only work-around I've found is that you can download the "Fusion Archive" via the web interface (using the 3 dots in the prior screenshot), wait to receive the download link, download the file, and open it by uploading it back to Fusion.  Then I was able to get back the 17 hour old version.
